I was really excited about this hotel at first, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. The cleanliness of the rooms was lacking, and the temperature control was frustrating. On a positive note, the staff were accommodating and the breakfast was decent. Overall, it feels like this hotel needs to step up its game, especially for being advertised as a resort.

My stay here was quite disappointing overall, despite the low price. The rooms were small and cramped, and I didn’t feel comfortable at all during my stay. The biggest letdown, however, was the lack of proper service, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. It’s unfortunate because the location had potential to be a nice getaway, but the facilities and cleanliness were not up to par.

I used Booking.com to stay at Colonial Resort expecting a beautiful experience, but my stay was quite disappointing. Despite the lovely setting and indoor/outdoor pools, I wouldn't recommend it based on my treatment and room issues. Overall, it was not worth the price I paid, given the many shortcomings.
